We are a non-governmental organisation registered on 11 March 2019, registration number 00NGO/R/5641. We do not run a hospital. We join the parts of the health system that already exist and fill the gaps between them.

Many children with heart conditions are not diagnosed early enough. We support community and clinical screening activities that help identify children who may need further cardiac assessment.
Diagnosis is only the beginning. We help connect families with appropriate hospitals and support them as they navigate the pathway towards specialist care.
Working with hospitals and specialist teams, we help children who need surgery or a catheter procedure to get it, in Tanzania whenever possible.
Sustainable cardiac care depends on skilled local teams. We support training, knowledge exchange and collaboration that strengthen clinical capacity.
We support education and awareness activities that help communities understand heart conditions and prevention, including rheumatic heart disease.
Sustainable progress requires collaboration. We work with Tanzanian institutions and international partners to strengthen the wider paediatric cardiac care system.
